Maintenance Worker

The Maintenance Worker is directly responsible for the maintenance and development of the parks and park facilities.

Seasonal Maintenance (Part Time)

The Seasonal Maintenance Worker is directly responsible to the Superintendent of Parks & Facilities under the direction of the maintenance department for the maintenance and development of the parks, buildings, and park facilities.

Recreation Supervisor

The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for child-adult leisure, educational, sports and wellness programs and operations within the District. This team member should possess strong leadership skills and initiative; an established philosophy towards the guidance and development of staff; ambition to enhance, expand and grow programs; creativity to challenge themselves, their program areas and their teammates with new ideas; ability to embrace change; trustworthiness; familiarity in programming areas associated with the position; alignment with mission, vision and values of the District.

Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the Park District. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries. Must be able to work nights and/or weekends as the needs of the District require.

Water Fitness Instructors (Part Time)

Water fitness instructors develop and instruct fun, energetic, and highly motivational group fitness classes for all fitness and skill levels.

Group Fitness Instructors (Part Time)

Group fitness instructors develop and instruct fun, energetic, and highly motivational group fitness classes for all fitness and skill levels.

Personal Trainers (Part Time)

A personal trainer is responsible for the fitness journey of clients from beginning to end. This includes listening to clients about their personal fitness goals and developing training programs to help clients achieve that goal. Demonstrations of technique and providing of tips will be a part of the job to help clients achieve their desired physical fitness state.

Superintendent of Parks & Facilities

The Superintendent is directly responsible to and under the direct supervision of the Executive Director and has oversight and day-to-day management responsibility for park maintenance staff and the overall operations of parks. The Superintendent of Parks plans, organizes, and administers a maintenance program for all parks and facilities as well as operations at The REC Center.
