Join Instructor TC, for this high energy, total body workout! In just a 45-minute session, you will move through several interval training exercises that focus on muscle strengthening and endurance while building your cardiovascular fitness!

Zumba

We take the “work” OUT of workout, by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style PARTY! This total-body workout, combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class! Don’t wait, join the party TODAY! Zumba begins February 17th!

Kettlebells

Join Instructor TC for this fast paced class focused on muscular strength and endurance. There are countless movements to learn with just a single kettlebell, and a lot of them focus on building lean muscle and burning calories at the same time!

Qi Gong

Join Instructor Bob for a class that combines coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation with the purpose of healing and strengthening every system of the body!

Early Burn

Join instructor Jess for a class that will focus on bodyweight exercises that are sure to make you work your tail off! All ability levels and ages welcome!

Roots

Join instructor Kristen to build your strength and endurance starting from the ground up. These 45 minute classes with a certified coach will help you build fitness foundations safely and smartly.

Tai Chi

Join Instructor Tracy for an exercise class consisting of slow, relaxed movements that develop a sense of balance and harmony between mind and body.

REC Fitness Dress Code

Dress Code:

  • Clean, athletic, closed toe shoes are required at all times.

  • Shirts that fully cover chest, back, sides, and abdomen are required at all times. 

  • Athletic shorts or pants must be worn while exercising. (No jeans or pants with grommets)

  • Any clothing with offensive words or language will not be allowed.
