Spring Lake Pool & Splashpad is Rochelle’s outdoor aquatic destination featuring a water slide, diving boards, splashpad, children's wading pool, and large open swim area for all ages. Located in Rochelle, Illinois, the facility offers daily swim, group visits, and private rentals throughout the summer season.

Your visit to Spring Lake Pool comes with a splashy extra: access to the splashpad is included with your pool pass or admission! For more fun, the splashpad is also free to use outside of the pool's open swim hours:
Due to private rentals and scheduled events, splashpad hours may vary or may be closed during listed hours. Please contact the Park Office at (815) 562-7813 to inquire about specific days.

Family is defined as one or two adults and their dependents living in the same household. Dependents must be eligible to be claimed for income tax purposes. Memberships purchased under false pretenses will be terminated and no refunds will be given. You may be asked to provide proof of family status.

Guidelines
Pool Closing Policy
At the discretion of the pool manager, the pool may be closed for the following reasons:

Lightning/thunder (it takes a minimum of 30 minutes for an 'all clear' signal after last lightning/thunder is seen/heard)

Low attendance (less than 15 patrons)

Air temperature below 65° F

Mechanical or chemical interruptions
Know Before You Go

Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing safety rules and responding to emergencies. Parents or guardians should supervise their children.

Children 10 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older
-
All children three years of age and under, and those not toilet trained or incontinent, MUST wear a swim diaper, as required by the Illinois Department of Health.

Swimwear is required for everyone

Persons with hair longer than chin length must have it tied back or must wear a bathing cap.

Young children who are non-swimmers and anyone wearing a life jacket must be accompanied in the water within an arm’s reach by an individual 18 years of age or older

Must be 48 inches tall to ride the water slide

Persons using the diving well (AquaClimb or diving boards) must be able to pass the deep-water swim test. If swimming ability is questionable, facility staff will evaluate the participant.

Health and Safety breaks are taken every hour - anyone under 18 years of age will be required to exit the water at this time

Refunds are not given for pool closings or rain outs

​Pool passes and daily admission are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All food and beverages must be consumed on the splashpad deck only and no glass containers are allowed.

No fishing is allowed off the deck during pool hours

Handicap & limited parking available at splashpad entrance - all others are asked to park in the Marina lot or on permitted side streets
Locker Room Policy
Children 5 years of age and older must be able to walk through the locker room on their own. They will not be permitted in the locker room of opposite gender. We recommend that a parent or adult chaperone the child through the locker room.
