Class Registration

• Pre-registration is required for all programs and should be done at least one week prior to activity. Programs may cancel due to lack of registration; so register early!
• Phone-in registrations accepted with Visa or MasterCard.
• Register for Park District programs in person or by mail to 735 N. 2nd St. Fax to 815-562-5383.
• Register for Hickory Grove membership's in person at Hwy. 251 & Rt. 38, or call 815-562-4466.
• Participants not residing within the Township are considered a non-resident ("NR").
• Grades reflect the 2011-12 school year.
• m/M minimum/Maximum enrollment per program.

Refunds

A $5 processing fee will be assessed if a participant cancels prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be given on or after the day the activity is scheduled to begin. No refunds/credit given for classes or days missed by participant.
